1) Postage & handling fees are to be borne by customer unless it is specifically waived in the promotional clause*
2) Confirmed order can be amended if :
a) Payment are still pending to be transferred.
b) Delivery are not yet due to be send.
3) Reseller are not responsible for the following:
a) Weight & measurement size of the product sold, due to the nature of the product used are organic based & which doesn't use all hardening agent in the event of processing.
b) Damage / loses during delivery process by appointed freight company exp. POS EKSPRESS for both local & international postage (which doesn't have any insurance policy for goods delivered).
c) Any request for the items purchased to be insured, charges are to be borne by the purchasers.
4) Reseller have the rights to deny / transfer sales of products to another customer in the event of:
a) Late payment (1 days after arrival of shipment of product pre order & promotional item)
5) Reseller have the rights to Change prices & item / stop promotion without prior notice in the event of:
a) Out Of Stocks situation (goods will be fulfilled based on Payment recieved)
b) Changes in currency exchange rates
c) Changes of new promotional price / items
